This week Studio Brussel started the charity event The Warmest Week.

Driven by the slogan "everyone helps everyone", Open-Future supports the warmest week.
We requested "Down by the River" by Neil Young to be played at the radio marathon organised during this week.

Zabbix 3.0.2

Zabbix has released a new maintenance release of Zabbix 3.0

The 3.0.2 version has several bug fixes so we highly encourage everybody running 3.0 to upgrade this version
Besides the bug fixes there is also an improvement made on the VMware part. In this release VMware items have been changed to become unsupported if no VMware collector processes are started.

The source code was release a few days a go. Packages should be ready in one of coming days.

Zabbix 3.0 Released: What's New

Here it is! The expected and desired Zabbix 3.0 is here with the fount of new features. Let’s skim them over and put them in practice.

Redesigned WEB interface


The frontend in 3.0 comes with a more modern design, being now more convenient and easier to use. The UI is now cleaner with some usability improvements, for example, Users section has been split into User groups and Users. Plus, all the minor adjustments, like the change in font face and size, lead to a more lightweight and user-friendly frontend.
